Evening

Why is it possible for people to confuse lack of confidence with lack of enthusiasm? I prefer inanimate objects. According to my OU book though, landscape and still life are lower forms of art than portraiture. Yet I'm sure there can be much more detail in a landscape than a person's face. 

I'm waiting for Rogue Wave's third album to arrive. All the CD shops in Cambridge are tiny, and therefore they have a useless selection of CDs. Therefore, I must buy off the internet. With any luck it will come tomorrow, and then I can sit around all day listening to Rogue Wave. 

Today was the first day in what seems like ages when I've been working non-stop for most of the day. I can't remember the last time I did that. Probably in November. Walking is the most fun of my day. 

I was talking about £50 notes at work earlier. Isn't it strange how we don't like to accept them, because no one ever uses them, so you can't tell if they're forgeries or not. When you think about it though, £50 isn't that much. You can get$100 notes, and 500€ notes. Should we have an £100 note? Hmm...

The picture is of today. I only took the picture a couple of minutes ago, and it's dark now, so you can see my Apple Mac's glowing reflection in the window. 

There's a bloke who's saying it's impossible for Hillary to win the Democratic nomination now. Despite the fact that I want Obama to win, I daren't believe it in case it doesn't happen, and then America... and the world for that matter - will be stuck with another Republican president for the next 4 years. I'm sure I remember last year when McCain was saying he wanted to take troops out of Iraq, and now he's said he'd keep them for another 100 years if need be. What a fool. 

I must do some work now, before I get even further behind and fail massively.
